To integrate a review platform with TRYB Loyalty, follow these steps:
Log in to TRYB Loyalty: Access your account on the TRYB Loyalty platform.
Go to Settings: Click on the 'Settings' button in the menu.
Click on Integrations: After entering Settings, click on 'Integrations' to view the available review platforms.
Select the Review Platform: Choose the review platform you wish to integrate (e.g., Google, Facebook, Trustpilot).
Connect your Account: Follow the instructions to log in to your review platform account and authorize the integration.
Complete the Configuration: Once connected, select the business or location you wish to link with TRYB Loyalty.
Import the Reviews: Use the refresh button to import all your published reviews into the platform.
This will allow you to display your reviews and interact with customers through TRYB Loyalty.
