Scanner App lets you scan the cards created in TRYB Loyalty. A simple PWA app that lets you or your managers login and scan any customer card with just a click or a tap from just a mobile device.
1. Visit https://app.trybcard.com/scanner-app or press here from your mobile device to land on the scanner app login page.
2. From the login screen, enter your email address in the Email field.
3. Use the Password field to enter the password.
4. Once the credentials are entered, click the Sign In button.
5. When you login, the scanner app will prompt you to install the PWA app. If you install it, it will be added to your phones home screen and you can click the Scanner App icon to access the application.
6. As you open the application, the home page is displayed to you.
7. To access the application menu, click the three-line icon at the top-right corner of the screen.
8. To access application settings, click the Settings button.
9. Here, you can define how the app behaves when a QR code is scanned. You can set a beep, show result, copy QR code to clipboard, and open the debug mode on the QR scan by using the toggle buttons here.
10. To reach out to support, click the Support button from application menu.
11. This opens the Support page.
