For 1, 2, or 3-star reviews, customers see the Negative Experience page. Dissatisfied customers are prompted to leave their contact information for private follow-up. No Negative Feedback page is presented for 4 or 5-star reviews.
Navigate to Edit then Negative Experience.
Disable Negative Feedback
You can choose to disable the display of the Negative Feedback page by clicking Review Link and selecting "Star filter disabled."
